Case Manager, Immigration Specialist

Job Summary:
As a Case Manager with GEO Group Inc., you will play a critical role in the Intensive Supervision Appearance Program (ISAP). Your primary responsibility will be to provide case management services to ISAP participants, ensuring their successful transition through the program.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement individualized case management plans for ISAP participants.
- Conduct regular face-to-face meetings with participants to monitor progress and provide support.
- Install and monitor electronic monitoring equipment to ensure participant compliance.
- Connect participants with community resources, including transportation, medical, and social services.
- Supervise participants in Company offices and conduct home visits to verify residence.
- Perform emergency counseling and identify relationships with translation resources in the community.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in a related field.
- At least two years of customer service or case management experience.
- Bilingual English/Punjabi required.
- Valid driver's license and ability to safely operate a motor vehicle.
- Ability to pass a federal background check and obtain a suitability determination.
Working Conditions:
This role will be performed in a typical office environment with some local travel required. The ability to use standard office equipment and to stand, walk, sit, climb, or balance is necessary.
