We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Cloud Engineer to join our core team and play a pivotal role in shaping the future of data privacy. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying our synthetic data generation cloud platform, ensuring scalability, security, and robustness.

Key Responsibilities
  • Cloud Platform Development: Lead the design, development, and deployment of our synthetic data generation cloud platform, leveraging cloud-native technologies and containerization.
  • AI/ML Integration: Deploy advanced AI and machine learning applications to generate high-quality synthetic data that preserves the utility of original datasets while ensuring privacy.
  • Cloud Infrastructure: Architect and manage the cloud infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance, reliability, and cost-effectiveness.
  • Data Security: Develop and enforce best practices for data security, ensuring that our platform meets the highest standards for privacy protection.
  • Product Roadmap: Collaborate with our founding team to define the product roadmap and contribute to strategic decisions that shape the future of the company.
  • Team Leadership: As the company grows, help build and lead a world-class engineering team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
  • Customer Engagement: Work closely with early customers to understand their needs, gather feedback, and iterate on the product to deliver maximum value.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience: 3+ years of experience with programming languages such as Python, Java, or Go, with a focus on building scalable, cloud-native applications.
  • Cloud Platforms: Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure) and containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes.
  • Data Engineering: Previous hands-on engineering experience in data engineering & orchestration, ETL, distributed data processing, and MLOps are strongly preferred.
  • CI/CD Pipelines: Solid experience in setting up and maintaining CI/CD pipelines using tools like GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, etc.
  • Version Control: Strong knowledge of version control systems, particularly Git, and experience managing repositories and workflows on GitHub.
  • API Development: You should know the in-and-out of building user-facing APIs.
  • Communication: Strong communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Startup Environment: Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment, with a track record of taking ownership and driving projects to completion.
Nice to Have
  • Data Privacy: Knowledge of or passionate to learn about data privacy concepts, data security, and data privacy regulations, privacy by design, GDPR, etc.
  • Machine Learning: Experience with or a strong willingness to learn modern machine learning, deep learning, and large language models, including the associated tech stack and infrastructure (e.g., PyTorch).
