Responsibilities
- Assess patients' needs and conditions by gathering relevant health information.
- Develop individualized plans of care to meet patients' specific needs, and implement these plans effectively to achieve desired outcomes.
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive patient care.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of assessments, interventions, and patient responses.
- Stay current with regulatory requirements and industry developments to ensure compliance and optimize patient care.
Requirements
- Active, unrestricted Arizona RN License or valid compact license.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification.
- NIHSS certification within 30 days of hire.
Salary
The estimated annual salary for this position is $93,000 - $112,000, depending on experience.
