Speech Language Pathologist

Reliant Rehabilitation is seeking a skilled Speech Language Pathologist to join our team. As a Speech Language Pathologist, you will provide high-quality speech therapy services to patients in skilled nursing facilities and long-term acute hospitals.
Responsibilities:- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to optimize communication, cognitive-linguistic abilities, and swallowing skills of patients.
- Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify patient needs and develop effective treatment strategies.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination and patient outcomes.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices through ongoing education and training.
- Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology or equivalent.
- Valid state license to practice as a Speech Language Pathologist.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
