Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and experienced caregiver to provide in-home care for an elderly female resident in Mission Viejo, California. The ideal candidate will have a positive and patient demeanor, excellent communication skills, and experience working with dementia patients.

Job Responsibilities
  • Assist with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and meals.
  • Encourage and support the resident to maintain their independence and engage in leisure activities.
  • Prepare and serve meals, and assist with light housekeeping chores.
  • Initiate and participate in physical exercise and activities provided for the resident.
Requirements
  • Experience working with dementia patients.
  • Positive and patient demeanor.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Compensation

Hourly pay rate $18 to $26, depending on experience. Pay dates biweekly. Direct deposit available. Social security deductions. Federal form I9 required.
