Job Summary
Eliot seeks a licensed Senior Clinician with experience working with clinical issues of children and adolescents. Our ideal candidate will have supervisory experience, knowledge of DBT, and the ability to work effectively with diverse populations and cultural groups.

Responsibilities
Develop and maintain effective working relationships with youth, parents, referral and funding sources, siblings, and/or extended safety nets.
Provide individual and family therapy in accordance with program, DYS, DEEC, and ECHS policies and procedures.
Manage the development and implementation of Individual Service Plans.
Supervise case management and advocacy for youth.
Have knowledge of resources in each community in which youth live.
Attend administrative, staff, shift change meetings, and facilitate clinical and community meetings.
Help organize and participate in staff training.

Qualifications
Master's degree in the Healing Arts and independently licensed as a LICSW, LMFT, or LMHC. At least three years direct experience with the population.
Knowledge and experience with clinical issues of children and adolescents and working knowledge of DBT and substance abuse.
At least one year in a supervisory role.
Must be proficient in English and possess and convey effective verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to develop and maintain professional working relationships with residents, staff, co-workers, and supervisor.
Ability to work effectively with diverse populations and cultural groups.
Ability to physically carry out Crisis Prevention Intervention techniques.

Additional Information
Part-time position, 20 hours per week. $35,000 annual salary. 6% bilingual salary increase if fluent in the needed language capacity.
