  • You will be responsible for building relationships with existing customers and identifying new business opportunities through proactive outreach and engagement.
  • Your success will be measured by your ability to consistently meet or exceed customer experience and individual production goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Use the consultative sales process to build strong relationships with customers and identify their financial needs.
  • Maintain an in-depth knowledge of retail consumer and small business products and services to recommend appropriate solutions.
  • Utilize approved marketing tools to proactively reach out to customers and set appointments for periodic financial reviews.
  • Cross-sell to existing customers and engage in outside sales activities as directed.
  • Establish close working relationships with assigned business partners to provide holistic financial solutions.

Requirements:

  • A college degree or relevant work experience providing transferable skills.
  • Experience in the financial industry is preferred but not required.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop comfort with sales activities designed to acquire new consumer households and small business customers.
  • Ability to professionally represent Fifth Third Bank in terms of appearance and verbal/written communication.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop a working knowledge of retail policies and procedures to make sound decisions.
