Job Description:We are seeking a skilled Medical Professional to join our team in the Acute Medsurgical B unit. As a Registered Nurse, you will provide both routine and complex patient care while demonstrating leadership in managing clinical situations.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide nursing care utilizing the nursing process, including assessment, diagnosis, planning, intervention, and evaluation for assigned patients.
- Address increasingly complex psychological, emotional, cultural, and social needs of patients and families in accordance with their level of practice.
- Administer medications and treatments; monitor for side-effects and effectiveness of the treatment prescribed.
- Document patient history, symptoms, medication, and care given.
- Achieve high-quality patient outcomes by consistently applying evidence-based practices.
- Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing, preferred.
- 1 year of experience in the related nursing specialty preferred.
- RN License in state of employment or compact.
- BLS required.

Compensation Package:We offer an estimated salary of $120,000 per annum, plus additional benefits such as health insurance, paid time off, and retirement plans.
