Position Summary

We are looking for a committed Polysomnographic Specialist to join our Sleep Lab team at Emory Decatur Hospital on a PRN basis. In this role, you will utilize advanced polysomnographic equipment to monitor and assess sleep/wake disorders. Your responsibilities will include scoring polysomnographic data, performing essential tasks as needed, and reviewing patient medical histories to ensure compliance with physician directives. You will also conduct patient interviews to evaluate current sleep habits, medication allergies, and any substance intake prior to testing.

Essential Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Minimum of one year of relevant experience.
  • Must hold a Registered Polysomnographic Technologist certification.
  • Current BLS certification is mandatory.
