  4. Employ diverse therapeutic techniques to address a range of communication needs, such as articulation, fluency, and language comprehension.
  5. Track and document client progress, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans and maintaining accurate records.
  6. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including assistants and other healthcare professionals, to ensure comprehensive client care.
  7. Educate clients and their families on effective communication strategies to enhance daily functional skills.
  8. Stay updated on the latest advancements in speech-language pathology through ongoing education and professional development.

Qualifications:

  1. Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.
  2. Current licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist in the relevant state.
  3. Preferred: Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology from ASHA.
  4. Experience working with individuals facing speech and language disorders in clinical or educational environments.
  5. Strong knowledge of assessment and treatment methods for various communication disorders.
