Job Summary

Berlin Packaging is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Production Associate to join our manufacturing team. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for assembling components, maintaining production levels, and ensuring quality control.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assemble components, including capping bottles, repacking bottles, and building kits of multiple components, to meet production levels and quality standards.
  • Work individually or as part of an assembly line team to complete tasks, communicating with team members to ensure speed and accuracy.
  • Accurately record daily production using our company's ERP system.
  • Inform supervisors of any part or equipment defects to ensure prompt response to the problem.
  • Maintain a clean and organized production area, adhering to all company and facility safety policies, procedures, and guidelines.
  • Support branch metrics to drive customer satisfaction.
  • Fulfill the employee portion of the Berlin Values.
  • Perform other tasks as required.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent strongly preferred.
  • Prior warehouse experience strongly preferred.
  • Ability to complete tasks and solve problems with high attention to detail.
  • Demonstrates a strong work ethic and ability to learn.
  • Positive attitude and contributes to a positive team culture.
  • Self-motivated, reliable, with strong initiative and results orientation.
  • Models safe work practices.
  • Computer literate.
  • Manual dexterity and ability to stand for extended periods of time.
Working Environment and Physical Requirements

Must be able to frequently lift/move boxes weighing up to 20lbs and occasionally lift/move boxes and/or pallets up to 45lbs through the warehouse. Displays manual dexterity and ability to stand for extended periods of time.
