About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Phlebotomist to join our team at Labcorp. As a Phlebotomist, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional patient care and ensuring the accuracy of laboratory results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collect blood specimens from patients using venipuncture and capillary techniques
  • Process and prepare specimens for testing and analysis
  • Enter patient information and specimen data into our system with accuracy and efficiency
  • Provide excellent customer service to patients and colleagues
  • Perform administrative tasks as needed, including data entry and billing
Requirements
  • Valid Washington state Phlebotomy License or application filed with the Washington Department of Health
  • Previous experience as a phlebotomist preferred, but not required
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexibility to work overtime as needed
