Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Patient Service Representative to join our team. As a Patient Service Representative, you will be responsible for ensuring that our patients receive excellent care and support throughout their healthcare journey.
Key Responsibilities:
- Schedule patient appointments and coordinate logistics
- Manage patient intake and registration processes
- Process payments and communicate with patients regarding their account balances
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
- Experience working in a healthcare setting, preferably in a patient-facing role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Compensation: The estimated annual salary range for this position is $50,000 - $65,000, commensurate with experience.
