About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Cardiology Care Provider to join our team at Baylor Scott & White Health. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment and make a meaningful impact on patient lives.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Conduct thorough assessments of patients to identify their medical needs.
  2. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to improve patient outcomes.
  3. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure cohesive patient care.
  4. Provide education and support to patients and their families on managing chronic conditions.
Qualifications
  • Master's degree in Nursing or related field.
  • At least 1 year of experience in a similar role.
  • Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) and certification as a Nurse Practitioner (NP).
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification within 30 days of hire.
