Job Overview
As the Systems Engineering Manager, you will serve as the technical authority for your District Systems Engineering team. Collaborating closely with the District Sales Manager, you will cultivate relationships with customers, guiding them in detecting and preventing advanced cyber threats.
Your Responsibilities
- Recruit and onboard new systems engineers, ensuring the acquisition of top talent.
- Train, mentor, and evaluate team members, fostering engagement and career success.
- Support field systems engineers in complex evaluations and problem-solving.
- Develop and update the systems engineering training curriculum.
- Build relationships with channel partners to ensure adequate training and support for installations.
- Provide technical leadership during customer interactions, sharing security trends and best practices.
- Act as a resource for pre-sales and post-sales technical challenges.
- Maintain relationships with key customers to solidify reference accounts and assist account teams in driving business growth.
Your Impact
- Present as an expert at all levels within customer organizations.
- Lead discussions on industry trends and necessary security adaptations.
- Collaborate with Product Management and R&D to influence product features based on customer feedback.
- Conduct advanced proof of concept testing in strategic accounts.
