Host Representative

In this dynamic role as a Host at Wegmans Food Markets, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional service and setting the tone for an unforgettable dining experience.

1. Greet Guests Warmly: Provide a warm and welcoming greeting to all guests, making them feel valued and respected.
2. Table Management: Effectively manage table assignments, floor plans, and daily rosters to ensure accurate and fair guest placement.
3. Reservations and Seating: Answer calls and take reservations, maintain the reservation book, and answer questions or direct calls to the appropriate person.
4. Opening and Closing Procedures: Assist in performing opening and closing procedures and help prepare the dining, bar, and event areas for service.

• Customer Service Experience: Previous customer service experience, preferably in a retail, restaurant service, or other hospitality-related setting.
• Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years of age.
