Job Summary:

The CNC Press Brake Operator will be responsible for operating and maintaining CNC press brakes, ensuring high-quality production and meeting production targets. This role requires strong mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate and maintain CNC press brakes, ensuring optimal performance and quality.
  • Read and interpret blueprints, work instructions, and technical drawings to determine appropriate operations.
  • Perform quality checks on parts, using inspection tools such as calipers, micrometers, and tape measures.
  • Ensure all jobsite safety procedures and standards are followed and met.
  • Monitor machine operation to detect malfunctions and perform troubleshooting.
  • Support and implement company policies and procedures, including housekeeping, safety, and quality.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
  • Excellent attention to detail and quality control skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production targets.
  • Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.
