We are seeking a highly skilled Telecommunications Lead Associate to join our team at Peraton. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing complex voice solutions using MS Teams, Avaya, and Cisco technologies.

Responsibilities
  • Design and integrate voice systems, including MS Teams, Avaya, and Cisco solutions
  • Configure and deploy voice solutions in a VOIP and cloud-based environment
  • Develop and implement technical reports, databases, and documentation
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery
  • Travel up to 20% to support global customer needs
Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience with Cisco Collaboration tools in an enterprise environment
  • Deep knowledge of MS Teams, Session Border Controller, and Cisco's CUCM Telephony Product line
  • 2+ years of experience working on voice systems deployment teams
  • 3+ years of operations experience
  • 2+ years of experience in managing and deploying voice solutions in a VOIP and cloud-based environment
Preferred Qualifications
  • CCT Routing & Switching, CCNA Collaboration, CCNP Collaboration certifications
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field
