We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Leasing Agent to join our team at Commercial and Residential Management Group (CRMG). As a Leasing Agent, you will be responsible for all aspects of apartment leasing, including answering phone calls, greeting and assisting residents, touring prospects, and maintaining curb appeal.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all aspects of apartment leasing, including leasing, renewals, and move-outs
• Provide exceptional customer service to residents and prospects
• Conduct tours of apartment communities and showcase amenities
• Maintain accurate records and prepare leases and other documents
• Collaborate with the leasing team to achieve sales goals and objectives

Requirements:

• 1 year of previous customer service experience
• 1 year of previous property management, sales, or leasing agent experience (preferred)
• Basic knowledge of MS365, including TEAMS, Word, Outlook, and Excel
• Basic math skills, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, and percentages
• Good verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
• Strong organizational skills, motivation, and high energy
• Awareness and ability to adhere to all landlord/tenant laws, State and Federal Labor Laws, Fair Housing, and safety protocols
• Possess a current and valid driver's license, proof of insurance, and a clean driving record
• High School degree or equivalent
