Job Title: Sales Manager

TK Elevator is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead our sales team in Raleigh, NC.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive revenue growth and profit margin by leading the sales force across all three lines of business.
  • Create a culture of customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Develop and implement strategic sales initiatives to meet corporate and regional goals.
  • Manage and develop sales representatives, including setting sales goals and administering performance management.
  • Collaborate with Operations Teams for strategic leads and labor estimating.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree required; prior personnel management experience preferred.
  • 7+ years of directly related sales experience in the elevator industry, with experience selling service/repair, construction, and modernization strongly preferred.
  • Proven success in B2B field sales with experience selling services in a highly competitive market.
