**Job Responsibilities:**

1. **Front Desk Agent:**

- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner.

- Assist guests with check-in and check-out processes.

- Handle reservations, cancellations, and room assignments efficiently.

- Respond to guest inquiries and provide information about hotel amenities and local attractions.

- Maintain a tidy and organized front desk area.

2. **Housekeeping Staff:**

- Clean and sanitize guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas according to hotel standards.

- Replace linens, towels, and amenities in guest rooms.

- Vacuum, sweep, and mop floors regularly.

- Report any maintenance issues or damages to the appropriate department.

- Ensure a clean and welcoming environment for guests.

**Requirements:**

- Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is preferred but not required.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

- Flexibility to work shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

- Must be legally eligible to work in the United States.
