Job Summary:

We are looking for a talented engineer to lead and develop Plans, Specifications, and Estimate (PS&E) packages, conduct field inspections, and provide construction design support services for bridge and transportation-related structures projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead multidisciplinary teams in designing simple and complex bridges, retaining walls, and other transportation-related structures
  • Develop and manage PS&E packages, field inspections, and construction design support services
  • Coordinate with utility companies, right-of-way needs assessments, and funding justifications
  • Collaborate with project managers and engineers to deliver high-quality projects
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in civil engineering from an accredited 4-year engineering college
  • California Professional Engineer (PE) License
  • 10-15 years of experience in bridge and retaining wall projects
  • Familiarity with AASHTO LRFD Bridge Design Specifications with Caltrans Amendments
  • Proficiency in CADD (AutoCAD Civil 3D preferred) and MS Office (WORD and EXCEL)
What We Offer:
