Nutritional Culinary Specialist

Position Title: Dietary Cook

Shift: 1p-7:30p, Variable (PRN)

Compensation: $19.50 to $20.50 per hour

Overview:

Under the supervision of the Dietary Manager, the Dietary Cook is responsible for:

• All facets of meal preparation, service, and ensuring food quality aligns with the established menu, resident preferences, and physician-directed therapeutic diets.
• Implementing proper sanitation and infection control measures to comply with state and federal health regulations.
• Managing kitchen operations in the absence of the Dietary Manager.

Qualifications:

• Preferred experience in large-scale food preparation within a healthcare environment.

Additional Information:

Job Type: Variable (PRN)

Wage Range: $19.50/hr - $20.50/hr, negotiable based on experience.

Incentives:

• Years of Experience Incentive Pay: $0.10 per year, up to ten (10) years.
• Evening Shift Differential: $1.50/hr.
