About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Retail Sales Associate to join our team at Ollie's Bargain Outlet, Inc. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, achieving sales goals, and maintaining store appearance.

Responsibilities:
  1. Greet and engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner, building relationships and driving sales.
  2. Process cash transactions accurately and efficiently, handling cash, credit card payments, and mobile payments.
  3. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, including weekly deals and promotions, to effectively communicate value to customers.
  4. Assist with receiving and stocking merchandise, as well as maintaining store appearance and organization.
Requirements:
  • High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds, push and pull up to 35 pounds, and stand for extended periods.
  • A positive attitude and strong communication skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service.
