Job SummaryAs a Registered Nurse in our CVICU, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care to critically ill patients. Your duties will include conducting thorough clinical assessments, prioritizing patient needs, creating and implementing individualized care plans, and collaborating with the healthcare team to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
Responsibilities- Conduct detailed clinical assessments to identify patient needs and develop effective care plans
- Prioritize patient and family needs, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of care
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to achieve optimal patient outcomes
- Provide education and support to patients, families, and healthcare staff to promote health and well-being
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety
- Current and valid nursing license
- One year of recent, full-time experience in Cardiovascular ICU (preferably two years)
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification or obtain within 30 days of starting in this role
