Structural Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Structural Engineer to join our team at Premier Building Restoration, Inc. in the Philadelphia metropolitan area.

This is an exciting opportunity to work on historic building restoration projects, focusing on inspecting and repairing existing buildings, properties, and parking garages. As a Structural Engineer, you will be responsible for providing project support from evaluation and design conception through construction.

• Coordinate initial survey meetings and on-site evaluations with project team members and clients.
• Prepare facade inspection reports for clients, explaining existing conditions and repair/rehabilitation recommendations.
• Develop relationships with clients and build a professional network.
• Prepare written correspondence with clients, maintaining clear and professional communication.
• Maintain organized records, files, photos, drawings, and other essential project data.

• Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university in Engineering.
• Minimum of 2-5 years of experience as a PE in an architecture/engineering consulting firm.
• PE in Pennsylvania (PE in NJ, DE, MD, and/or NY a plus).
• OSHA-10 Certification required, OSHA 30 preferred.
• Valid US Driver's License required.

• Hourly position commensurate with experience - $90,000 - $150,000 per year.
