As a Lead Assembly Operations Specialist, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the assembly department, ensuring that all products meet our high standards of quality and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities- Label and track completed products to designated storage areas.
- Onboard and mentor new assembly team members.
- Conduct thorough visual inspections of assembled products to identify any defects.
- Procure replacement components for any damaged items.
- Collect and analyze data regarding production rates for team members.
- Categorize finished products into appropriate classifications such as Finished Goods, Clearance, Special Inspection, or Waste.
- Support the Manager or Supervisor in compiling assembly reports.
- Proficient in using WMS scanner technology.
- 2-3 years of experience in assembly operations.
- Ability to accurately identify various products.
- Excellent verbal communication and listening skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work well with others.
- Familiarity with WMS systems.
- Previous experience in assembly roles.
The expected base pay for this position is $20.00 per hour, excluding potential commissions, incentives, and bonuses.
