Job Summary

Livingston HealthCare is seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to provide evidence-based therapy services in our inpatient and outpatient settings. As a Physical Therapist, you will work with individuals with impairments, functional limitations, disabilities, or changes in health status due to injury, disease, or other causes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality, patient-centered Physical Therapy services in accordance with the American Physical Therapy Association Code of Ethics and Guide for Professional Conduct.
  • Document patient care sessions accurately and timely, including initial evaluations, daily treatment notes, progress reports, and discharge summaries.
  • Participate in weekend and holiday hospital coverage in a rotation with other Staff Physical Therapists.
  • Communicate effectively with physicians and other healthcare practitioners regarding patient care and changes in patient status.
  • Attend regular staff meetings and participate in Performance and Process Improvement initiatives.
  • Supervise Physical Therapist Assistants as directed by the state practice act.
  • Maintain a clean environment for patients and staff.
Additional Responsibilities
  • Participate in internal chart audits as requested by the Manager of Rehabilitation Services.
  • Complete annual competency courses and continuing education courses to maintain state licensure and advance skills.
  • Supervise PT and PTA students.
  • Communicate effectively with teammates within the department and organization.
Qualifications
  • Graduate of an APTA credentialed Physical Therapy Training Program.
  • Licensed or eligible for license in the state of Montana.
  • In good standing with the current state licensing board.
  • Driver's license in good standing in the State of Montana.

  • Positive attitude and flexibility during routine workday.
  • Team player and cooperative with other personnel.
  • Strong communication and time management skills.
