Salary and Benefits
We offer a competitive salary range of $525,000 to $575,000 annually, plus comprehensive benefits and perks. Our benefits package includes medical, dental, and vision coverage, life and disability insurance, 401(k), and flexible spending options. We also provide paid professional liability insurance with tail and access to our clinician wellness program and referral network.
Job Responsibilities
As an AFMD at TeamHealth, you'll be responsible for leading a team of professionals, developing and implementing clinical strategies, and ensuring high-quality patient care. You'll also have opportunities to participate in leadership development programs, mentorship initiatives, and education through our TeamHealth Institute. We expect our AFMDs to be proactive, collaborative, and results-driven, with a commitment to delivering exceptional patient outcomes and experiences.
