Key Responsibilities
  • Install and maintain piping systems, including underground piping, chilled and hot water systems, condenser water piping, steam and steam condensate, and process piping.
  • Work with blueprints, plans, and specifications to ensure accurate installation and maintenance of piping systems.
  • Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and effectively.
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on piping systems, including troubleshooting and resolving issues.
  • Ensure compliance with HVAC and piping building code requirements.
Requirements
  • Valid Connecticut driver's license.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Relevant Connecticut trade license (S1 thru S4).
  • OSHA 10/30 certification.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, plans, and specifications.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to work independently.
