We are a leading outpatient urology group seeking an experienced Ambulatory Surgery Nurse Manager to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our AAAHC-certified Ambulatory Surgery Center.
Key Responsibilities- Lead a team of 10 FTEs and 2 operating room suites, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations and exceptional patient care.
- Develop and implement effective scheduling and budgeting strategies to optimize resource allocation and minimize costs.
- Conduct performance evaluations, provide coaching and development opportunities, and make informed hiring and termination decisions.
- Collaborate with the Director of Surgical Services to drive business growth, improve patient satisfaction, and enhance clinical excellence.
- Proven experience in leading a team in an Ambulatory Surgery Center, with a strong background in operations management and clinical leadership.
- Recent experience in Operating Room / Ambulatory Surgery Leadership is highly preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make informed decisions and drive business outcomes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues, patients, and stakeholders.
