Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver continuous technical support and strategic planning for existing and prospective clients.
  • Execute daily system administration tasks for servers and networks.
  • Oversee and manage Microsoft 365, Azure, Exchange, Windows Server, Remote Desktop Services, and Active Directory environments.
  • Supervise virtualization technologies including VMWare and Hyper-V.
  • Administer storage area networks, ensuring data integrity and accessibility.
  • Collaborate with clients on-site, involving minimal travel.
  • Exhibit exceptional organizational skills, multitasking capabilities, and a keen eye for detail.
  • Provide superior communication, follow-up, and presentation skills.
  • Remain updated on best practices, emerging trends, and relevant technologies.

Essential Skills:

  • At least 7+ years of advanced systems/server support experience.
  • Expertise in Microsoft 365, Azure, Exchange, Windows Server, Remote Desktop Services, and Active Directory.
  • Experience with virtualization technologies (VMWare, Hyper-V).
  • Proficiency in storage area networks and system administration.
  • Capability to engage with clients on-site and provide IT support.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and clients.
  • High level of detail orientation and project task management.
  • Self-driven and independent with a strong commitment to learning and staying informed on industry trends.
  • Excellent communication, follow-up, and presentation skills.

  • Advanced troubleshooting, diagnostic, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proven experience in creating and maintaining comprehensive system and project documentation.
  • Familiarity with industry-standard backup solutions (Veeam or Datto).

  • Understanding of contemporary cybersecurity concepts and awareness.
