Job SummaryINX International Ink Co. is seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Pilot Line Representative (Metal Deco Ink). This role will be responsible for performing inplant duties under minimal supervision, acting as a liaison between INX, INX's customers, and our customer's customers. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in laboratory work, exceptional organizational and color-matching skills, and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Stay updated on the customer's print job schedule and production needs
  • Color-matching
  • Staging work for pilot runs
  • Performing QC on incoming inks
  • Troubleshooting all ink-related printing problems
  • Recordkeeping
  • Inventory management
Requirements
  • Have a one-year certificate from a college or technical school; or 3 to 6 months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Have experience in a laboratory
  • Demonstrate exceptional organizational and color-matching skills
  • Exhibit good computer skills
  • Pass color vision test
  • Be able to lift up to 50 lbs
  • Demonstrate excellent customer service skills
  • Effectively communicate with peers and customers
  • Have excellent written, reading comprehension and basic math skills
