Key Responsibilities

  • Commercial Operations
    • Coordinate commercial activities, including preparation and follow-up, quality assurance, and invoice verification.
    • Manage scheduling of contract companies and ensure timely execution of commercial tasks.
  • Customer and Service Provider Management
    • Act as the primary point of contact for customers and service providers, ensuring excellent communication and relationship management.
  • Team Support
    • Provide general office management support and contribute to project success.

Requirements

  • Education
    • Completed commercial or technical vocational training, such as an industrial clerk (m/f/d) or comparable.
  • Skills
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office and SAP applications.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Personal Qualities
    • Service-oriented work ethic and an open ear for customer and service provider needs.
    • Class 3 or B driver's license.
