About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Hybrid Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team at Discovery ABA. As a BCBA, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy services to children aged 2 to 21 with autism and other developmental disabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Visit clients once a month to provide supervision and support
  • Create a flexible schedule to meet the needs of clients and the company
  • Manage a caseload of at least three cases to maximize earning potential
  • Collaborate with the team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans

Requirements:

  • Must have a BCBA license
