Incentive: $500 Sign-On Bonus

The Diocese of Allentown is seeking qualified candidates for the role of Personal Care Aide. This position is designed for individuals who are committed to providing exceptional care in a nurturing environment.


Job Details:

  • Flexible Part-Time / Per Diem schedule with a combination of day and evening shifts, ranging from 8 to 24 hours weekly.

As a Personal Care Aide, you will play a vital role in ensuring the well-being of our residents. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Delivering compassionate support and assistance with daily living activities.
  • Following both written and verbal instructions accurately.
  • Exhibiting the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
  • Maintaining attention to detail and managing multiple tasks effectively.

Benefits:

  • One hour of paid breaks for each shift worked.
  • Double-time pay on recognized holidays.

While prior experience in direct care is preferred, we are committed to training candidates to become Medication Assistants, which includes a salary increase upon completion of training.


Compensation: Hourly rates starting from $14.50 to $18.00, based on experience.
