Onsite Bookkeeper Opportunity

We're seeking an experienced Bookkeeper to join our dynamic team. As our go-to financial expert, you'll be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of our financial transactions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Day-to-Day Bookkeeping: Manage all aspects of bookkeeping and accounting processes, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and bank reconciliations.
  • Financial Reporting: Prepare monthly financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  • Transaction Processing: Ensure accurate and timely processing of financial transactions.
  • Budget and Planning: Assist with budget preparation and financial planning.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local financial legal requirements.
  • Tax Filings and Audits: Support the preparation of annual tax filings and audits.
  • Record Maintenance: Maintain organized financial records and ensure the confidentiality of sensitive information.
Qualifications:
  • Associate or bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred.
  • Proven experience as a bookkeeper or in a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
  • Proficiency in QuickBooks.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in handling financial data.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
