About the Job

Surgical Technologists play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of surgical procedures. As a Surgical Technologist at ISHR, you will be responsible for assisting surgeons and other medical professionals during operations, maintaining a sterile environment, and providing exceptional patient care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist surgeons and other medical professionals during surgical procedures
  • Maintain a sterile environment to prevent infection and promote patient safety
  • Prepare and maintain surgical instruments and equipment
  • Communicate effectively with the surgical team to ensure seamless operations
  • Provide emotional support and comfort to patients and their families
Requirements
  • Graduate of a Program for Surgical Technology or equivalent experience
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
  • Minimum of one year of hospital experience as an Operating Room Technician
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and make sound decisions under pressure
