Job Overview

Key Responsibilities
  • Architect and implement IT infrastructure solutions, with a focus on design, implementation, and migration of new and existing clients.
  • Configure and deploy equipment in compliance with established technology policies.
  • Provide advanced network technical support and solutions to customers.
  • Develop and implement recommendations for enhancements and innovations to management and customers.
  • Manage network reporting and alert management, as well as problem management and resolution of issues in a timely manner.
  • Provide customer remote support and occasional onsite work, with frequent regional travel required.
Requirements
  • 10+ years of hands-on experience as a Network Engineer.
  • Associate's Degree required (Bachelor's Degree preferred).
  • Certifications: Cisco Certified Network Professional, AWS/Azure Networking Specialty, Citrix CCP-N, and VMware Certified Professional – Network Virtualization.
  • 6+ years experience with implementing and troubleshooting enterprise networking/servers, including Windows Server 2016/2019/2022 networking, VMware experience with networking and Software-Defined Networking, and experience with vCloud Director and Zerto DRaaS.
