Job Summary

Piedmont Fayette Hospital is seeking a skilled Travel CT Technologist to join our team. As a key member of our diagnostic imaging department, you will be responsible for operating CT scanners and performing various imaging procedures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate CT scanners to produce high-quality images for diagnostic purposes
  • Prepare patients for imaging procedures, including administering contrast media and positioning patients
  • Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of CT scanner technology and imaging protocols
  • Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate diagnoses and effective patient care
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient satisfaction and outcomes
Requirements
  • 1 year of experience as a CT Technologist
  • Current certification in radiologic technology (ARRT)
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
  • Ability to work a weekend block schedule (Friday-Sunday)
  • Flexibility to work 2 out of 3 major holidays if needed
