Dishroom Associate

We are seeking a skilled Dishroom Associate to join our team at BURG'r & BARREL, a unique-concept, full-service restaurant and bar in Johnson City.

This role is responsible for maintaining cleanliness and superior service in the dish room and kitchen areas. The ideal candidate will be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, maintain a clean and safe work area, and follow food safety and sanitation procedures.

• Wash and clean tableware, pots, pans, and cooking equipment
• Maintain a clean and organized dish room and equipment
• Work quickly to keep up with the pace of the restaurant and restaurant team
• Follow food safety and sanitation procedures
• Maintain a clean and safe work area, including handling utensils, equipment, and dishes

• Knowledge of keeping clean and safe work areas
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds
• Skills in handling cleaning utensils and chemical solutions, water, and kitchen equipment
• Knowledge and training in safe food handling

Estimated salary: $25,000 - $35,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
