Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Reconciliation Expert to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our investment platform, including quarterly advisory fee processing, trading and reporting, and relationship management.
Key Responsibilities
- Quarterly Advisory Fee Processing: Responsible for carrying out the required processes involving the RIA billing platform, including maintenance & reconciliation, employing fee debiting methods with various custodians, specific fee runs, custodian uploads, adjustment billing, and providing communication and support to advisors.
- Trading & Reporting: Assists in compiling and analyzing data on a monthly/quarterly basis in accordance with billing and service practices, monitors daily operational processes including trades, regulatory compliance adherence, and problem resolution, trade order creation and execution in client accounts, post-trade processing, and resolving trade settlement issues in a timely manner.
- Relationship Management: Develops and maintains research, institutional, and vendor relationships to enhance investment advisory platform to meet the objectives of our clients, collaborates with other support and processing departments to resolve issues.
Requirements
- 3+ years of financial industry experience
- Bachelors degree in Finance, Computer Science, Data Analytics or a relevant field
- Familiar/proficient with various reconciliation tools, including but not limited to Excel, Black diamond, Salesforce, and custodians such as Schwab, Fidelity, and Pershing
- Tech savvy and can quickly learn new software, platforms, and tools
- Strong attention to detail to ensure quality standards are met without impairing workflow
- Ability to meet strict deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Benefits
- Salary range: $85,000 - $115,000 per year
