  • Contribute to the assessment of patients' health status and participate in the development of their care plans.
  • Perform delegated tasks and activities within your scope of practice, ensuring safe and effective nursing care.
  • Provide direct basic care to multiple patients, implementing patient education and promoting a problem-solving approach to decision-making.
  • Collaborate with Regional Medical Director, site medical providers, and other site nursing leaders to ensure seamless care delivery.
  • Participate in Quality Improvement initiatives and contribute to the Patient Care Committee.
  • Monitor and coordinate offsite and onsite scheduling, consult processes, and patient follow-up care.
