Job Title: Loan Data Specialist

About the Role: Washington County Bank is seeking a skilled Loan Data Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our banking operations department, you will be responsible for accurately inputting loan data into our computer system, ensuring timely and professional communication with customers and officers, and maintaining accurate records of UCCs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Input all loan data into the bank's computer system for all locations.
  • Track original notes for all locations and ensure they are properly maintained.
  • Assist customers and officers with loan questions and research information in a timely manner.
  • File all UCCs and monitor continuations for all locations.
  • Review loan reports and distribute them to the proper area.


Requirements: To be successful in this role, you should have 1-3 years of banking experience, a high school diploma or GED, and excellent organizational and communication skills.

Salary: $45,000 - $60,000 per year.
