The Physical Therapist will consult, educate, and train patients and their caregivers, and maintain accurate documentation of patient care.

  • Conduct physical therapy evaluations and assessments

Requirements
  • Current state Physical Therapist license
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) for healthcare providers
