About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and passionate Beauty Consultant to join our team at Sally Beauty. As a Beauty Consultant, you will play a key role in creating a memorable shopping experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, answering questions and offering recommendations on our products.
  • Product Knowledge: Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of our products, including hair color, cosmetics, skin care, and nails.
  • Sales and Merchandising: Meet or exceed sales targets by effectively merchandising and promoting our products.
  • Store Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including visual merchandising and inventory management.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales goals and provide support as needed.
Requirements
  • Physical Demands: Ability to lift up to 25 lbs, occasionally while on a ladder, with or without accommodation.
  • Working Conditions: Exposure to fumes and odors upon occasion.
