Pacifica Hotels is seeking a dedicated House Attendant responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of all public and communal spaces within the hotel. The ideal candidate will possess foundational knowledge in areas such as plumbing, electrical work, carpentry, drywall, screening, and lock mechanisms.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Follow Pacifica's Pure Stay protocols to ensure the well-being and comfort of both team members and guests.
  2. Utilize appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) as required by property-specific guidelines.
  3. Maintain a friendly, approachable, and courteous demeanor while delivering personalized service to hotel guests.
  4. Effectively communicate with guests and fellow team members.
  5. Ensure the grounds are free of litter and cigarette remnants.
  6. Manage laundry duties and assist housekeepers by emptying trash bins.
  7. Clean and maintain the lobby, exterior windows, hallways, walkways, railings, stairwells, pool furniture, ice machines, and vending machines.
  8. Oversee the cleanliness of dumpster areas, sand urns, exterior lighting fixtures, public benches, and the outside of guest room doors.
  9. Shampoo carpets and turn mattresses as assigned.
  10. Clean guestroom sliding glass doors as required.
  11. Report any lost or found items, as well as any damages, to the Housekeeping Supervisor.
  12. Assist the maintenance department with basic repairs, including plumbing and carpentry tasks.
  13. Support other team members and departments to enhance the overall performance of the hotel.
  14. Perform additional duties as assigned or deemed necessary by management.
