Restaurant Sandwich Maker

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Restaurant Sandwich Maker. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, preparing high-quality sandwiches, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment.

• Provide FREAKY world-class customer service to our customers
• Prepare and make sandwiches to our high standards
• Maintain store cleanliness and adhere to food safety and workplace safety protocols
• Be a role model to new team members and foster a positive company culture
• Meet or exceed sales and customer satisfaction targets

• Must be listed as a driver on their auto insurance policy
• Must have a valid Food Handlers Card for CA and AZ
• Must be a team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Must be able to memorize our menu within 14 days and pass a test
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations

Our stores are moderately loud and fast-paced environments. You must be able to work effectively in these conditions and avoid distractions while using equipment and performing tasks.

You must be able to stand for long periods, lift up to 30 pounds, and climb a ladder if necessary.
