Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our team at Big Y. As a key member of our sales floor team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, building relationships with customers, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide World Class support to all customers, ensuring a pleasant and rewarding shopping experience.
• Build relationships with customers to create sales opportunities and promote our products.
• Operate a cash register, scanner, and scale using correct procedures to ensure accurate transactions.
• Make change, cash checks, and issue receipts accurately and efficiently.
• Bag groceries using proper technique to ensure customer satisfaction.
