Mission and Opportunity:
West Liberty University, a dynamic and inclusive community, seeks a part-time Mental Health Student Counselor to provide mental health services to students. The position involves clinical evaluations, documentation, case records, scheduling appointments, crisis intervention, and collaboration with health services and community resources.

Responsibilities:
• Provide mental health counseling to students, including clinical evaluations, documentation, and electronic case records.
• Schedule appointments and conduct crisis intervention, suicide risk assessment, and coordination with campus health services and community resources.
• Advocate for students with faculty and staff and conduct mental health and wellness presentations on campus.

Requirements:
A Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, or Psychology is required, along with current licensure as a mental health counselor and at least 2 years of counseling experience. Experience in higher education is preferred.
